Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Gatekeeper ("the Service"), operated by Gatekeeper, Inc., you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Gatekeeper provides a unified AI API gateway with RBAC, cost tracking, and provider failover. Core software is Apache 2.0. Hosted services are governed by these terms.

3. Account Registration

You must register to access paid features. You are responsible for your account security and must provide accurate information.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to route illegal content, to abuse AI providers' terms of service, or to circumvent rate limits. We may suspend accounts that violate provider policies.

5. Pricing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Pricing may change with 30 days notice. The Starter tier is free with no payment obligation.

6. Intellectual Property

Core software is Apache 2.0. Service dashboard and branding are proprietary. You retain ownership of your API keys and prompt data.

7. Data Handling

We act as a pass-through proxy. Prompt and response content is not stored except for audit logs (configurable). See our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
