1. Information We Collect

Account data (email, name), usage data (token counts, latency, provider usage), technical data (IP, device). Payment data processed by Stripe. We do not store prompt/response content by default.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the gateway service; generate cost and usage analytics; send security and billing notifications; detect and prevent abuse.

3. AI Provider Data

Requests routed through Gatekeeper are forwarded to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) under your API keys. Their privacy policies apply to prompt/response data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers (Stripe, Clerk, Supabase) under DPAs; law enforcement when legally required.

5. Your Rights

Access, correct, delete, or export your data. Opt out of marketing. Contact privacy@gatekeeper.run.

6. Cookies

Essential cookies for auth only. Plausible Analytics (no tracking cookies). No advertising cookies.
